Jeremy and I got engaged on March 10, 2007. He took me to the canal downtown Indianapolis, it was the first warm day of the year and I had just got home from work and was so tired. He said he just wanted to go walk on the canal so I agreed to this. He took me to the same bench where we had our long talk on our second date. Not thinking anything about this we just started talking about things, we had started living together in February 2007 when he moved back from Chicago and we don't agree that you should live together before you are engaged or married. Jeremy stated to me that he thought he could change this and got down on one knee in front of me and asked me to marry him. The ring was the most gorgeous thing I had ever seen, completely perfect. He asked me and I was so speechless that I said nothing. He looked at me and said "Can I put the ring on your finger?" I then said yes and hugged him and almost passed out. This is definately a feeling I will NEVER forget it was one of those most perfect moments that you treasure forever. We are getting married 6/7/2008. I think he picked this date so he could always remember it was 6-7-8! I am so excited though and can't wait to be his wife and be with him for the rest of my life!
